Grant Tyler FNP-C, PMHNP-BC

Founder of Granted Mental Health Services

Grant  is a dual board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care for individuals throughout Illinois. His care philosophy focuses on understanding each person’s story and tailoring treatment to their unique goals. Grant believes in treating the whole person, not just symptoms, and helping patients feel empowered through education, open communication, and ongoing support.

Through Granted Mental Health Services, Grant provides high-quality psychiatric care via secure telehealth, offering a space where patients feel respected, valued, and understood. His mission is to guide others toward a greater sense of stability, hope, and well-being one conversation at a time.

Bailey

Senior Support Specialist

Bailey is the senior statesman of our virtual support team. Often found curled up quietly during telehealth appointments, he provides a calming presence that helps create a relaxed, welcoming space, even through the screen. His peaceful demeanor and gentle nature help clients feel grounded and at ease during online sessions.

Deuce

Therapy Greeter - In - Training

Deuce is our energetic French Bulldog who occasionally makes special guest appearances during virtual sessions. Whether he pops into the background or simply snores softly nearby, Deuce brings lighthearted warmth to the remote therapy environment. His mission is simple: to add a little joy, soften tough moments, and remind clients that support can come in many forms, even four-legged ones.
